Orbee Usage Policy

You may **NOT** use Orbee to create or share content that:

• Is Illegal or Promotes Illegal Acts: This includes any content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or Uganda.
• Is Hateful, Harassing, or Violent: Do not create content that incites hatred, promotes discrimination, harasses, or glorifies violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Involves Child Safety: The creation or sharing of content depicting child sexual abuse or any form of child exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Is Sexually Explicit: Do not generate pornographic material or sexually explicit content.
• Spreads Misinformation: Do not create content intended to deceive or mislead people on matters of public importance, such as elections, public health crises, or scientific facts.
• Infringes on Privacy or Intellectual Property: Do not create content that violates a person's privacy (e.g., creating realistic images of private individuals without their consent). Do not intentionally try to generate content that directly infringes on a known copyright or trademark.
• Is Fraudulent or Deceptive: This includes creating scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive content like "deepfakes" intended to impersonate a person without their consent for malicious purposes.
• Is Grossly Shocking or Disturbing: Avoid creating content depicting extreme gore, self-harm, or other shocking material.

If you use Orbee to generate content for sensitive fields, you must adhere to higher standards. These "High-Risk Use Cases" include:

• Medical and Health: Generating images or videos related to medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments.
• Legal and Financial: Generating content for legal guidance or financial advice.
• News and Journalism: Using our services to generate content for publication as news.

For these use cases, you **must**:

1. Disclose AI Involvement: Clearly state that the content was generated with the assistance of AI.
2. Involve Human Review: A qualified professional in that field must review the content for accuracy and appropriateness before it is shared or published.
